    Josh Bailey

    Chief Executive Officer

    Josh joined Eco-Energy in 2007.  He served as an Alliance Plant Relations representative. While in that role, he more than tripled the company’s third-party opportunistic trading volume. Josh currently manages three teams that are responsible for Eco-Energy’s core marketing functions: Alliance Plant Relations, Sales, and Marketing Services. Josh previously worked for Louis Dreyfus Commodities with a focus in; agricultural commodities.

    Mack Pennington

    Vice President, Controllership

    Mack oversees financial services including transactional services, accounting, financial reporting, and corporate financial planning and analysis. He is an active CPA in Tennessee and Arkansas. Mack joined Eco-Energy in 2010 with more than eight years of audit, accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls experience in Big 4 public accounting with both Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young.

    John Bowman

    Vice President, Alliance Marketing

    As Vice President of Alliance Marketing, John is responsible for maintaining our contractual marketing partnerships, growing our marketing footprint, and leading the alliance team that strives to add additional value to our producers. He began his career at Eco-Energy over 10 years ago by leading the company’s growth efforts as Manager of Business Development.  During his tenure with Eco-Energy, John has played an integral part in the evolution and growth of the Alliance Relations business unit.

    Dan Patz

    Vice President, Derivative Trade & Optimization

    Dan is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the proprietary trade book, managing corporate exposure, and providing the function as an internal market maker.  His previous roles at Eco included the trading and procurement of the opportunistic marketing book along with the management and execution of marketing services.  Dan joined Eco Energy in 2008 with more than 7 years of engineering experience with multiple Fortune 500 companies.

    Kirk Bingham

    Vice President, Supply & Trading

    As Vice President of Supply and Trading, Kirk is principally responsible for optimizing and directing the physical movement of ethanol within the Eco-Energy system.  Kirk began his career with Eco-Energy in 2007 as an Alliance Relations Representative where he focused on the core marketing business.  He later transitioned to the Manager of Supply and Marketing in 2011, where he was directly responsible for expanding the opportunistic trading platform.

    Brian Simpson

    Vice President, Commercial Development

    As Vice President of Commercial Development, Brian is responsible for managing numerous customer facing initiatives, primarily as it relates to marketing, sales, and growth opportunities for the commercial function.  Additional responsibilities include cross-functional support of Distribution Assets and overseeing the growth of the Natural Gas business unit development.  Brian joined Eco-Energy in 2011 and directed the commencement of the International Business Unit. Brian came to Eco-Energy with 14 years of commodity experience. Prior to joining Eco, Brian held trading and marketing positions with Chevron, Proliance Energy, and Archer Daniels Midland.

    Chad Conn

    Vice President, Distribution

    As Vice President of Distribution, Chad is responsible for the overall management of three Eco-Energy operational departments: Scheduling and Logistics, Distribution Services, and Transportation. He also oversees Eco-Energy’s terminal development initiatives. Prior to joining Eco-Energy in 2007, Chad was a Major in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he served in several locations around the world.

    David Maggied

    Vice President, Transportation

    David joined Eco-Energy in 2011, where he directed the ground up development and commencement of operations for the company’s wholly owned Transportation subsidiary. David is responsible for Transportation functions within Eco-Energy, encompassing all company transport assets and external transportation service providers. David came to Eco-Energy with 9 years of commodities distribution experience, with a focus on refined fuel products. Prior to joining Eco, David most recently oversaw the transportation operations for Delek US Holdings.

    Mike Ocheltree

    Vice President, Risk Management

    Mike oversees the middle office at Eco-Energy, including risk management and key finance contributions in both financial statement derivative reporting and financial planning and analysis. Mike joined Eco-Energy in 2007 and has more than 10 years of experience ranging from operations and finance to internal controls, including a start-up venture, public accounting, and SOX/Audit management experience. He holds both CPA and CIA credentials.

    Jennifer Moehlmann

    Vice President, Human Capital Management

    Jennifer joined Eco-Energy in 2014, where she is responsible for human capital management. She has 25 years’ experience in organization development and human resources in large public companies and private consulting firms. Prior to joining Eco-Energy, Jennifer held human resource executive positions with MedSolutions and Corporate Express Promotional Marketing. She holds a master’s degree in Organization Communication.
